Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers (PRSPs) a Synthesis of Experience with Participatory Approaches to Policy Design, Implementation and Monitoring. The paper outlines significant challenges to be overcome in the course of establishing participatory, sustainable, country-owned poverty reduction strategies.
