Profiles of Chronic & Disabling conditions in the United States, affecting largely older persons (released in two series). The first series includes hearing loss, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, depression, hypsertension and others. All Data Profiles are available in PDF version ( Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary to view). Second Data Profile series will be available as HTML text and as PDF files.
