Manual of laboratory methods for testing vaccines used in the WHO Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI)

It consists of four parts (zipped); part I provides a general introduction to various aspects of vaccine potency testing; parts II and III give details of methods for testing the potency of live viral vaccines and bacterial vaccines respectively; and part IV provides information on the statistical analysis of test results.
