Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG)

The UKCCSG aims to improve the management of children with cancer and to advance the knowledge and study of childhood malignancy. The Group has over 400 members, working in 22 specialised Paediatric Oncology centres throughout the British Isles, and including about 50 overseas members. The activities of the group are co-ordinated from the Data Centre based within the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Leicester and include: co-ordination and implementation of clinical trials, nationally and internationally, for all the solid tumours of childhood. Registration of all cases of childhood cancer, including leukaemia, treated in any of the UKCCSG centres in the UK.
