The Cancer Council ACT is a community organisation that provide information, health education and promotion, support services and research sponsorship, education and prevention programs to reduce the incidence and impact of cancer in the ACT community. It assist by offering: A Cancer Information Service which providing the best evidence based information to doctors and health professionals and the general public. Support Services can assist you, your family and friends by offering practical and emotional support. Quit is an intensive Smoking Cessation Service which aims to help people stop smoking.
